What Is The Remedy For Brownish Yellow Pus From Wound?

I took a spill on my motorcycle about a week ago and scraped my knee pretty good. I treated it with iodine the next day after I was able to get to the store. Some of the scab has healed fine and fallen away already but other parts haven't and when broken ooze a brownish/yellow fluid. Is this normal?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe the other parts which didn't heal, are infected with the mixed infection, of aerobic and anerobic organisms. So the discharge is brownish yellow.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ampicillin, cloxacillin, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac and povidone iodine ream for local application.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
