What Is The Remedy For Chest Pain?

im 33 male, in the military. i have chest pain left side when i turn to the left. also i have more pain to left chest but more centered when i turn my head to the left. after the pain goes away when i stop the turn.. it feels sore (i guess thats the best way to put it). i also have a knot just behind my left shoulder blade that i have been complaining about. is this a back or rib injury or could it be something more severe? i suffer from ocd and i stress about it and used to cause anxiety. at first i thought the pain plus anxiety was a heart attack but blood work and ekg shows it fine. now im on beta blockers so the heart rate increase with worry is gone-ish. i have a follow up exam end of next week but the pain has been pretty consistant for a while and im just getting tired. single dad and at times i lose the energy to play with my kid when it just gets too much

Hi thanks for using HCM.

Your symptoms are in more favour of muscular pain as blood work and ECG are normal. Need to rest muscle for few days and muscle relaxant with pain killer medication help to reduce your symptom.

Once pain reduces regular breathing exercise are helpful.

Regards
