Hi thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely costochondritis. Any how it is better to have an ecg and chest X ray if needed to rule out cardiac cause of pain. For costochondritis in my patients I treat with anti inflammatory gels of diclofenac or nimusulide for local application. I give tablets of same for oral intake if pain is more. If no improvement after this then I recommend local injection of corticosteroids or anesthetic. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
