What Is The Remedy For Cold With Breathing Problems?

Hello Doc, I am ram from hyderabad aged about 32 years old. Generally I suffer from cold along with sounds in my throat along with breathing problem in night time since my childhood. But these days due to house dust the breathing problem is occuring along with cough. As of now I did not consulted any doctor regarding this. Could you please advise which doctor should I consult.

This requires evaluation by a ENT doctor or Pulmonologist doctor for evaluation to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
