What Is The Remedy For Degenerative LN S?

Hello, I am male 35 years. 6 months back when i did the health check up, everything was normal. About 3 months back i had a swollen lump in my right armpit. When I visited a doctor, He said it could be oil gland swelling. Nothing to worry. Everything will be ok. Yesterday I had taken a 2nd opinion from another Doctor. He checked the Blood count & the Scan. In the blood report, Lymphocytocis is positive & my ESR is 35mm/hr. The scan report says its a Degenerative LNs . I have been very frequently urinating for the last 4-5 months. And i feel thirsty too. However RBS is 106. He opined there could be some kind of infection and suggested to go for a Biopsy of the Lump. Actually I forgot to mention this Urinary issue to the Doctor. I am really worried. What should I do now? Thanks in advance.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to Health care magic.
1.Lymph nodal enlargement is general seen after any infection / inflammation and underlying systemic diseases and lymph nodal pathology itself ( lymphadenopathy).
2.What you said you have not mentioned about the urinary infections after a fever episode might give enlargement.
3.You need to treat all the underlying medical conditions first.
4.An FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology will help to identify the type of lymph nodes.
5.Lymph nodal enlargement is also seen in the malignancies - get an abdomen pelvis ultrasound and chest x-ray for presence of any pathology / mass lesions.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
