The information provided by you is insufficient to say that you are having depression. If you are suffering of persisting pervasive sadness or irritability with loss of interest or pleasure than chances are high. If it is accompanied with
weight loss or weight gain, insomnia or more sleep, slowness in activity, fatigue or loss of energy, feelings of worthlessness or guilt, diminished concentrate, recurrent suicidal ideation then it increases the certainty of diagnosis.
Keeping in view that most of your problems are physical symptoms it may be advised that you should be evaluated properly to exclude any physical illness .In absence of any physical illness you may consult psychiatrist to rule out any psychological problem such as somatoform disorder or depressive spectrum disorder. Both psychological and medicine treatment is available for such condition.
