What Is The Remedy For Dizziness And Headache Caused By A Fall?

I was thrown by a horse about ten feet and the back of my head took most of the impact....now 4 hours later I have a dizzy feeling and the back of my head feels very heavy. I have a slight headache and it also hurts right where my neck meets my head. What is might be wrong with me and what should I do?

Hello...i understand your concern.
Given your symptoms and the fact that you have received trauma to the head it is advisable to get a ct scan of the brain done immediately.
It is primarily to rule out traumatic brain injury or any bleeding in the brain which can cause your symptoms.
Please visit the emergency room (er) and get yourself examined as soon as possible so that appropriate treatment can be started.
I hoe this helps...
