What Is The Remedy For Dizziness And Headaches After Bike Fall?

My daughter fell off her bike and hit her head on road ahe felt a lil dizzy afterwards put ice on bump and she seemed to be doing better about an hr ago she started complaininh of headache and dizziness and noy being able to hear that good whay should I do

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your daughter's symptoms after the fall from the bike.

These are suggestive of mild head injury with concussion. There is no need to worry as these would get better in a few days.

As of now, she can take ibuprofen or diclofenac tablets for pain relief and betahistine tablets for relief from dizziness.

If she has severe headache or repeated vomiting, a brain CT scan should be done.
