Hello
It seems from the history that you are having double vision following injury to cheek.
This indicates injury to nerve or muscle responsible for eye movement resulting in double vision.
The presence of double vision only with both the eyes being kept open confirms it.
The treatment is by treating the underlying cause.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
