What Is The Remedy For Erection Problems Since Childhood?

Hi Dr. I am Mosleh 32 years old and not married yet.I am from chittagong Bangladesh.since my childhood my penis is so loose.my penis never erects .Although the semen come out by night pressure. after this I feel very tired and sometimes my testicles get pain.that is why I can't imagine to get married.Please suggest me what can I do at this moment.

I think you have organic erectile dysfunction. In that case, you should go for doppler test and get your serum testosterone investigated. Investigation would help you find out the reason.
