What Is The Remedy For Fever With Cool Legs And Under Arms?

Hi, about 4 hours ago my son came down with a fever, 103.6. Usually his whole body is hot with a fever but this time his hands are clammy, feet, legs and arms are cool, back is warm and tummy is warms. Only his neck, under his arms, his ankles and head is hot. Is this unusual? I have 3 children and have never experienced this before.

Hi. Yes, this is not a usual finding. We have seen such cases with some infections like malaria. I would advise to take an opinion of a Pediatrician and to tell him/her what you have observed. Further tests may help us to go for a proper diagnosis.
