What Is The Remedy For Fever With Vomiting When On Antibiotics?

My 2 year old baby was having fever for last 4 days. So dr suggested to give antibiotics if temperature is 38 deg celcius or above.my baby had a temperature of 38.4 deg cel. So i gave augmentin syrup at 5am.but she throwed up right away! Should i continue giving remaining doses of antibiotic or consult a dr? Should i give paracetamol along with the antibiotic or use knly the anyibiotic?

Hello, welcome Thanks for consulting HCM as you have mentioned that you are giving agumentin drug that is safe drug containing amoxicillin dont worry use paracetamol one table spoon when fever is there and dont worry if then fever is there consult your doctor again.
