What Is The Remedy For Frequent Migraine Aura With The Feeling Of Ears Being Plugged?

MRI 5 years ago (for frequent migraine aura) showed minimal mucosal thickening in the posterior ethmoid air cells on the right side probably related to minimal chronic inflammatory changes. Over the last 5 years, my ears feel "plugged" (like when in high elevation/mountains). This feeling has continued to increase from a few times per year to a few times per month to several days per week and lasts for 1-2 hours before they clear on their own. I can turn my head upside down and feel the ears clear. Many times, I can also feel mucous in my throat. I have no other symptoms associated with this (i.e., runny nose, cold, sore throat, sneezing, etc.).
