What Is The Remedy For Fungal Infection All Over My Body?

I have a fungal infection covering almost my whole belly, the soft tissue on my arms, my neck, behind my ears and in between my legs. Please help! Someone reccomended that I "use a sponge and PI" but I have NO idea what PI is. What kind of cream/ pills should I use and would it be better to completely eradicate it with both?

Before treating generalized fungal infection, we should find out why so much fungal infection as this is the sign of decrease immunity. i would recommend you to get your blood sugar check. as Diabetes can cause this. I think you would required oral medication for treating fungal infection because lesions are extensive, drugs available are fluconazole and itrakonazole.
