Hi I am suffering with fungal infection frm 2 year.black and white heads, itchy, irritation, dandruff on body and face. too much irritation on eyebrows and hair falling also skin dry too much. iam kz soap, clyndamycin cream, flutivate cream, still sufferring. please give sollution

You may suffering from ptyrosporum follicullitis.
that affect hairbearing areas and aggravate in summer season.
you should avoid sweating and dust.
take the following and get instant releive
tab.Rifampicin 600 mg
once daily before meal for one month
tab antihistamine daily
inj triamcinolone Acetonide 40 mg
one vial I M stat
apply antifungal shampoo
twice weekly
or use tar shampoo twice weekly
it should controll the case not cure the disease.
