What Is The Remedy For Hairfall With Constant Tiredness?

I am a 15 year old female. I am constantly exhausted, have trouble sleeping, always cold, am losing my hair and eyebrows, haven't had my period in 5-6 months, get a lot of aching bones and joints and get headaches a lot. I don't have energy anymore and am finding it really hard to concentrate at school and have really bad memory. what could be wrong?

Hi,
As you mentioned that there is continuous hairs fall with fatigue , body ache, joints pain.
Feeling cold , loosing hair even of eye brows , may be due to .
1 Thyroid problems , so get in complete examination of thyroid hormones as T S H , T3 , T4.As low level of thyroid hormone may be the main reason of such symptoms.
2 Anemia is the another reason , so get blood examination for hemogram ( hemoglobin ) .
3 Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease or pcod may be the next reason . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both ovaries .
In my opinion deal as mentioned above.
