What Is The Remedy For Headache And Dizziness After A Tailbone Injury?

I fell on the icy sidewalk 24hours ago. Now I am completely mobile and the tailbone area s--where I landed on when the accident occurred--pain is tolerable, and probably around 6, 7 in the scale to 10. But I feel a bit feverish, having a headache and dizziness occasionally. Is it possible that I was injured significantly badly? If so what should I expect and what is it that I should do soon?

If i were your doctor, i will ask you whether you fainted after fall or you have any concussion or ENT bleed. No i will prescribe you analgesics like voveran along with advice to sit on doughnut or soft pillow to prevent coccydynia. I will review you in 3-4 days if headache or dizziness does not improve.
