What Is The Remedy For Headaches,dry Cough And Itchy Lumpy Rashes On The Elbows?

HI I have a 8 year old girl at home who has been sick all weekend with tiredness, headaches, and sore tummy, ( no vomiting, or diarreohea). now she has got bad dry cough, real bad headache, and itchy lumpy rashes on her elbows and knees, and very tired.
