Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the bruising of the heart is an impossible, as it is embedded in a bone cage, and pericardium.
The pain could be the crush of the muscles, and the fat of the breast.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, ranitidine, mefenamic acid for cure of the pain.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
