What Is The Remedy For Knee Pain?

Hi sir, my problem is that my mother is unable to walk because her knee joint becomes rough internally i meet some doctors he says for xray write some medicine but my mother is unable to walk till now. Pls. Give me suggation what i do and where treatment is best?
