What Is The Remedy For Mild Erectile Dysfunction?

Hello, I have mild erectile dysfuntion. I sometimes have an ejaculation and even though I have a good feeling, it doesn't seem like the sperm comes out as much as it use too or even at all. I am 68, and am I just getting old. My wife was performing masturbation on me and a brownish plug came out and landed on my lower waste. What could that be. The ejaculation was painful. We tried again in two days and everything looks clear now. Do you have any ideas of what that could have been? Also, I have noticed lately that my urine is yellow and cloudy with a lot of white particles floating around. I urinated in a jar a jar and let it set for a day. That just seemed like a lot of particles settled at the bottom of the jar. She tried a jar and hers is perfectly clear and no particles. Thoughts ????

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of getting mild Erectile Dysfunction and noticed your semen volume to be less .

s the age advances there is reduction in the production of secretions by seminal vesicle and prostate and sperm production by testicles which are the three main components of semen .

Mild erection is due to reduction n serum testosterone by testicles.

As regards brownish discharge that you have noticed while masturbating ,it could be blood stained secretion of urethral glans due to rough and vigorous handling of your penis while masturbating .It being a single episode you need not be worried .

As regards white deposits in your urine these could be due to presence of crystals of phosphates and calcium due to UTI.
Please get your routine urine test done.Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.
