What Is The Remedy For Pain In Feet And Ankles?

I had a flu test that came back negative, i had blood and urine test as well. I have extreme pain in my feet and ankles and shoulders. I have had a fever off an on for 4 days, chest x-ray led to a diagnosis of Bronchitas. Am being treated with Tamaflu for the flu symptoms and antibiotic for the bronchitas symptoms. But I don't know why my feet and ankles hurt so bad. I mean it hurts to even walk across the room. I had no pain in my feet till a few days ago. How can I get relief from this foot pain? Thanks Doc.
