What Is The Remedy For Pain With Lupus,spinal Stenosis And Diabetes?

Hello, I have Lupus, M.S., Spinal Stenosis, Fibromyalgia, and Diabetes. I have had them for over two decades. The pain has gradually become unbearable and my doctors are hesitant to prescribe anything that might work better. There has to be something, I don't know what. What should I do? Who can I see that can help me?

You can ask your doctor to try some opiod analgesics like tramadol which are generally helpful in these conditions.
