What Is The Remedy For Painful And Irritating Sores On Roof Of Mouth?

I have white very painful and irritated sores showing up on the roof of my mouth. I'm guessing it was from the night of absolute no sleep I got from snorting crystal meth. This was a one time deal and lesson learned.. Idk how to fix it or what it is. Please help me!!

Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding multiple small painful ulcers on palate.

These are most likely Dyspeptic ulcers and as it's name suggest these are associated with dyspepsia. But one should rule out other oral ulcers like fungal and aphthus.

To treat it you may take-

1- Mouth wash (antiseptic).

2- Local application of boroglycerine mixed with steroid.

I hope this will help you otherwise consult your doctor.

Regards.
