What Is The Remedy For Pink Spot On Ball Sack Next To The Bottle Of Shaft?

There is a flat pink spot on my ballsack next to the bottom of the shaft. It's been this way for a month now. It does not itch and it is not raised. It is just a different color from the rest of my skin. What can I do to remedy it? I don't want people to think it's an STD.
