Hi my name is Luke I m 24 years old . I have of problem of premature ejaculation.so I want rid out from this problem. To be honest I am still varjin . I went two times into the brothel but I m not success because of too fast sperm comes out. Please doctor solve my problems. Thankyou

Hello Luke,
Early discharges in initial one or two sexual intercourse can be a normal phenomenon which can be due to performance anxiety. So you need not to worry much.
But if you still feel that you have this problem of premature ejaculation, you can start with tablet paroxetine. this will increase your time before ejaculation.
