What Is The Remedy For Receding Gums With A Dry Mouth?

I am 49 years old and have gone off hormones about 10 months ago. I have found that I am having experiencing receding gums. I brush 2-3 times a day and it is just getting worse. My mouth is always dry. Not sure if there is a solution. I am a young 49 and don't want to loose my teeth. Are there any natural cures I can try?

It is part of menupausal syndrome. Slowlly itshould go. Other alternative is hormone replacement therapy, you can have after consultation with gyaenocologist.
