What Is The Remedy For Redness In The Eye Caused By Poking It?

i scratched my left eye and poked it accidentally, i was wearing false eyelashes and maybe the edge touched the inside of my eye. now, it is really red inside. what do i need to do to stop the redness? do i have to take in medicine? thank you..please help.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having redness of the eyes because of poking.
The redness can be because of collection of blood under the conjunctiva called as subconjunctival hemorrhage. If there is no pain and no visual disturbances then the diagnosis is confirmed.
No treatment is required as this is a self limiting condition and will resolve by 3-4 weeks.
If there is pain or visual disturbances you need to consult your eye doctor.
