What Is The Remedy For Runny Nose And Severe Cough When On Zpack?

my 3 yo boy was given a zpack yesterday. He took 10ml yesterday and 5ml today. He has a runny nose and severe cough. We are giving him honey and otc cough meds, but there seems to be no relief. He will hardly touch food. No fever. Any suggestions?

Hello

The fever may have come down with the antibiotics , but the cold may persist for some more time, hence he is not taking food. Please dont worry. continue the antibiotics and other medications, he will be fine in another day or two.
