Exact cuase to be identified,for semen leakage,it may be a dietary,hormonal,or neurological.A Good history,previous treatment details required to suggest the line of treatment.For the time being you can try 1.tab.speman forte (Himalaya drug co)one tab 3times a day,avoiding spicy and junk foods2.vital essence tab( Deshane company) 1tab twice a day will give you relief
