What Is The Remedy For Shortness Of Breath?

I am taking20 mg adalatxl daily The doctor increased my dosage to 30 mg (a generic) and i had shortness of breath. Now the doctor advises me to try 2 of the adalatxl 20mg instead . I have had no trouble with 20mg Is this a reasonable approach
I should say no trouble withside effects but my BP is still high (systolic)

My friend there r many reasons behind shortness of breath. Without prorper examination and investigations it is not wise to start medicines-
Shortness of breath is seen in
- anaemia
- electolyte disbalance ,
- pulmonary fibrosis
- pneumonia or any condition with an increased chemical or neurological drive to breathe.
Other condition associated with an increased work of breathing like COPD, asthma etc.
So in my opinion u should consult ur physcian n ask him for haemoglobin estimation, a chest x ray , proper cardiac examination an ECG.
STOP smoking alcohol l, low ur salt input, or inspite of table salt use rock salt.
Ask ur physcian to start proper medicines for raised B.P. as this indirectly affects heart and causes dysnea
. Follow this
1) syrup Mannol 2 tbsp 2 time after meal
2) Ashwagandha powder 2 gm with milk before sleeping at night
3) take 150 ml of water n boil it ....add 1 tablspoon full of Dilliseed( saunf) in the boiling water n cover it n off the flame immediately...after 2 min filter it n drink it like tea..use this whenever u feel short of breath.
4) dont get constipated n dont take curd n rice at dinner..
If u feel constipated .......then do this
Dip 5 munnacha in water for 12 hours and eat them before u sleep in night.
Practise deep breathing exercise n yoga.
Good luck
