What Is The Remedy For Soar Throat, Chest Pain While Breathing And Coughing

I am a 39 yr old female. I have had a soar throat for approx 1 week. A few nights ago I started to have this awful stabbing pain when I breathe in on the right side of my back/and chest. It hurts so much to breathe in deeply and especially when I cough .... Please help.

Hi,
I have read your query & understand your concern.
The symptom you describe od stabbing pain on right side of chest & back increased on deep breathing/coughing suggests inflammation of lung tissue/it's covering- pleura due to infection( bacterial/viral) you already had/ allergy. It seems to be just the beginning of the condition( as you don't have fever along).
I would advice you for early visit to a chest physician for physical examination, investigations(blood count,Xray chest). he will then prescribe you suitable antibiotic, anti inflammatory drug along with other specific drugs according to the reports.
Thanks.
