Hi, I am a working professional and I am badly suffering from social anxiety disorder and extreme shyness.because of this i always feel low and depressed.how do i get it cured?would it be possible to cure it completely and lead a normal life?could it be cured without taking up medicines?can someone suggest a place where i can start the treatment?how long it takes to get away from this state?please help me out..
