What Is The Remedy For Sores And Itchy Rashes?

i have sores on my face mainly on my left side forhead hair line and larger soar on my forhead to the right and a even larger one on my right cheek n small singel one on my uper left lip, and on my left knee i noticed a black dot, i sat there trying to get it out even pearced the skin with tweasers and could grab the black small dot that would go from curcliar to a sliver in shape i would pull it and it wouldnt get out of my skin almost as if something was stoping it an it would go right back to how it was before i touched it , like a black dot, finally i gave up and today its all soar n the scab like crust on it is yellow n red all around it, i have a rash that itches down my front legs n a fw small scabes , my back is itchy but can not see it too look, my consurn is im braking out with something that i should go to the e.r asap about ,, im also desy and really tired n drained to the point im desy an extreamly thursity and my skin has a light hint of purple on it dew to me being ic cold all day today , what could be goign on ? should i go to an emergency room?
