What Is The Remedy For Sponothiliosis?

i have been on percocet for over 8 years and due to insurance and other reasons i no longer have a primary care physcian to refer me to a pain clinic or pain doctor. My last physcian provided myself with enough medication to find a new physcian however i am have been unable to find a physcian . My sponothiliosis and other back issues now in my legs are effecting my work , I am in need of being under a doctors care. what do I do where do I go for some help ??? I just recently qualified for medical insurance so I am more ale to pay. Who can help Me?
