What Is The Remedy For Stomach Cramps?

Hi
I'm 29 years old and have had stomach cramps all day with the urge to use the bathroom
Around 6 I had blood when I went to the bathroom and it was a lot and now my stomach is tight on the right side and I'm still bleeding when using the bathroom
I've been weak and dizzy all day
When I stand up I feel faint

I strongly recommend that you approach the ER as the symptoms are suggestive of inflammatory bowel disease
Dizziness and weakness could be due to loss of blood. Please do not ignore the symptoms any further
