What Is The Remedy For Swollen Hands,stress,back Pain And Shortness Of Breath?

Hello Yes Im a 46 year old female and my hands swell and have redness to them they dont really hurt unless i work alot i clean apts, I also get bloody noses once in awhile with a slight headache i do have alot of stress in my life , my ankles swell once in awhile also and i have alot of back pain in lower back and shortness of breath when i work , I do have a bad liver and have been hospitalized a few times due to my wb count was at 4200 what do you think

I really appreciate your concern, I think your hemoglobin is low, and this might be the reason for your symptoms, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
2) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day
Get done your Hb test and if turned low, start iron therapy, hope this information helps you, bye.
