What Is The Remedy For Swollen Lips?

I had a out pimple, maybe, on my lip and some peroxide touched it for just a moment before I washed my face. Now my upper lip is huge, swollen very large. Is this from the peroxide? Will it go away? It leaks out of the opening it went into. But it s a very very slow pace and my lip is gigantic at the moment. What should I do to release the pressure? Thanks

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the swelling of the lip after touching it with peroxide can be either due to inflammation caused due to irritation of the pimple while it can also be due to allergic reaction caused by any food or medication..
I would suggest you to apply antiseptic ointment over the pimple..
Take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
You can also take benadryl to educe swelling..
Do cool compress over the lips..
Do not put pressure o bite over the lip as it can cause worsening of symptoms..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
