What Is The Remedy For Tail Bone Pain?

hi i am 22 years old and having very bad pain in my tail bone while i am sitting in specific position i use to have this pain during my monthly periods but after finishing my periods the pain use to finish but now since last week my tail bone is hurting alot and my periods are due on 3rd april but i want to mention that i am married and have been trying for baby but took the pregnency test its negative ...........can you plz help me
