What Is The Remedy For The PME Who Has Been Diagnosed As Pre Diabetic?

I believe I suffer from PME, please suggest me a remedy for this problem, I was diagnosed pre diabetic 5 years ago, and take metformin, febustat, olmin ch 20 and fibator. I have tried all kinds of exercises, weight reduction etc. but don't last more than a minute, which is a frustrating experience for me and my wife as a result our sex life has diminished to just once a month, and always get excuses for not having sex.

PME and impotency are the problems definitely related to Diabetic neuropathy.U can take Tab XXXX 50 mg 1 hour before having sex . before starting this medicine rule out cardiac problems by taking ECG .
