What Is The Remedy For The Chest Pain Around The Breast Having Stent In Heart?

I have chest pain in my upper right side, around my breast, THERE BUT not over powering, I am 64 yrs, male and have had three heart attacts and three strokes, I have a stent in my heart, from top left to bottom right, I am dietabetic also, taking a pill to slow down my heart, lots of pills taking, I,m I ok ontil tommorrow to see doctor or go to hospital now
