What Is The Remedy For The Filmy Feeling In The Eye?

My son threw a book at me and hit the bridge of my nose in between my eyes. Everything went black and I saw a huge flash of white as I realized I got hit and my nose was bleeding and hurt. Now my right eye seems like a film is on it. It is out of focus. What should I do?
