What Is The Remedy For The Pain In My Shoulder And A Sore Neck After An Injury?

I rolled down about 10 wooden steps last weekend. Since then, I ve had burning, sharp pain in my right shoulder, stiff & sore neck on the right side, achiness & pain under my right shoulder blade & earache (started today along with a headache on the right side of my head), what could I have done?

Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,
You said that you rolled down 10 step and now you had pain, right side of your body , pain is due to inernal injury dont worry take analgesic tablet of Diclofenac sodium twice daily of 3 days and apply ointment of Diclofenac sodium, local application on painful and even then your problem continues u should consult physician,
