What Is The Remedy For The Soreness In The Muscle Near Shoulder With Adhesions?
Have been suffering for up to 1 year with soreness in a muscle near left shoulder.have been to chiropractor getting treatments through massages as well.if I press on the affected area it realves the pain.chiropracter says I also have adhesions.what should I do to alleviate this for good?

There is prevention of a frozen shoulder with physical therapy. I cannot say in your particular case without looking at the MRI but in general it needs surgery.
