What Is The Remedy For The Stomach Ache, Swelling In Throat And Headache After A Surgery For Tonsils?

I just had my tonsils removed recently at the begging of this week, I have horrid stomach aches, the swelling in my throat will not go down, and my head hurts also. Is there anything I can do to get rid of these problems, and how long till I am fully recovered and back on my feet 100% ?

Post tonsillectomy slough in tonsillar fossa causes pain,usually gets relieved by dilute hydrogen peroxide gargles,betadine gargles,pain killers (acetaminophen) and by eating,swallowing movements.Stomach pain could be due to gastritis caused due to drugs taken after tonsillectomy,antacids might relieve this.
