Hi, my name is Cyndi. I am writing this regarding my father. He had hernia repair surgery Jan 11, 2014. Has been back to the specialist three times and had just been told to be patient and give it time to heal. The doctor had never once done a physical exam. Since the surgery. My fathers complaint is that his scrotum is the size of a small watermelon, it has gone down in size a little since the surgery but the extreme pain has never stopped. He sweats and cannot even sit properly in a chair yet. He describes the feeling like there is a rod or piece of wood inside closure to the top of the scortum. If he sits or moves a certain way it pokes in and the pain is stabbing. He did have internal bleeding after the surgery. Which eventually stopped, but was discovered when his scortum expanded and he couldn t even walk. What should we do, I live a province away, he is in so much pain he can t communicate his problems anymore. Only that he is in pain. My mother is not well, and having a nervous breakdown because of all this. (Not her first ). My dad is suicidal and I am very worried. Please help if at all possible.
