What Is The Remedy For The Thick Tongue Due To Which Not Able To Open The Mouth And Addicted To Gutka?

Unable to open my mouth. It seems that my tongue has become bit thicker also I can t bring out my tongues out. I am 25 yrs old and was adicted to gutka from past 3 yrs. But now I have completly left it from past 4 months.. kindly suggest to become healthy..

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The kind of symptoms that you are having is called oral submucosal fibrosis (SMF). This condition is a pre-cancerous condition and it is caused by excessive fibrosis leading to reduced mouth opening. Only steroid shots such as triamcenolone may help in this context. Other wise regular exercise in mouth opening may help.
