What Is The Remedy For The Thickening Of Sinus Walls And Narrow Esophagus?

Head ct showed thickening of sinus walls and signs of sinus disease. Swallow study showed narrow esphogus. I have pain and pressure, ringing in the ears, fluid in ears, burning in left cheek and throat. Been going on for 6 weeks and can t get in to sent Dr for a couple more weeks. I ve had levoquin 10 days, then 6 day steroid, several weeks of antihistamines decongestant steroid nasal And now trying mucinex and longer term of antibiotic. Been doing saline rinse where I fill sinus and tilt head all around. Fatigue is 10 and some dizziness. Is there anything else that will help. I ve missed so much work which is stressful.
