What Is The Remedy For The Yellow Bruise On The Shin Due To A Fall?

27 y.o. male; I fell on my shin 4 days ago, it was painful and swollen but swelling reduced the next day. Now, four days later, it has developed a yellowish bruise along most of the front of my shin and is slightly warm to the touch- also some dark purple bruises have appeared. It is less painful and easier to walk now, should I be worried?
