What Is The Remedy For Tiny Bumps On Body With Pricking Pain And Mild Itchiness Due To Exposure To Sun?

I have very tiny bumps on my whole body due to exposure to the sun only during winters. I have stayed in India and Middle East and the problem persists only during winter. Barring the chest and face, the bumps erupt instantaneously on exposure to sun and causes immense pricking pain and mild itchiness. Also it is relieved quite fast by spraying on applying a thin film of water.

HI
Thank fro asking to HCM
I can understand your problem, if would be your doctor then I would suggest " Diphenhydramine lotion" this gives very good result, because this could be sun sensitivity along with this you can use any good medicated sun screen lotion containing "Octinoxate, ovebenzone, oxybenazone with zinc oxide, in gel form, try to avoid going in sun, this will come around soon, have nice day.
